For many years Charles Chupp's frequent visits to the local coffee shops, his excellent memory, and a bit of simple down-home philosophy, has generated a column titled "I Got NO REASON TO LIE".

The first one was published in June 1982, and this is an early collection of sixth-one of his columns, written prior to 1990.

From the "Forward":

The unvarnished truth in this text has been printed in red, for quick identification, while blatant outright lies are shown in blue. All that printed in black falls somewhere between these two extremes, so you can cut that part out of the herd and brand it to suit yourself!

Note from the Webhost:  the entire book is printed in black.

New Media audio files of his writings have been recorded by Ed Blackburn.
